Client innovation lab launched an experience brand connecting riders to experiences with land owners around the world. The onboarding process for outfitters (land owners) was extremely long (90 days), complicated (administrative heavy) and discordant. It hindered the client’s planned expansion strategy into new global markets.
We co-developed a new operating system connecting external and internal contacts. An onboarding system that supports back-end administration and front-end outfitters, while decreasing process timing by 30%, increasing the amount of data collection and improving the overall user experience. Our purpose as Sprint Consultant focused on development, strategy and execution.

Commercial Real Estate Investor and Landlord
The client was in the midst of a portfolio diversification strategy and entering new global markets. A property management company was purchased to facilitate entry into the United States market. Brand and values had to be merged under one harmonious umbrella.
We proposed a phased plan with strategic tactics and visual design methods for brand amalgamation and integration. Our job as Strategic Advisor focused on research analysis, brand design and execution.

We organized client and creative execution of 36 various scenes over 5 days. Our position as Project Launch Lead focused on pre-production, production, post-production, financing arrangement, and managing client expectations.
